Departmental Accounting System (DEPACT)

Download Newest Version 2.3.1

You may download the latest version of DEPACT if you are already are using a PRIOR version of DEPACT.

If you need to add DEPACT to another PC for an existing DEPACT setup, you CAN use this UPDATE procedure.

All the PCs that are updating the same DEPACT data must be using the SAME version of DEPACT.

If you are NOT currently using DEPACT, you will need to contact AIS Help and Support Center to obtain the DEPACT install version on a CD.

1. It is RECOMMENDED that you finish reconciling your monthly ledger before doing the update.

2. Be sure to BACKUP your data before you do an UPDATE.
3. PKZIP.EXE and PKUNZIP.EXE are provided through a site license which allows their usage for DEPACT use only. If you use these routines for any other use, please obtain a proper license.
