Departmental Accounting System (DEPACT)

Accounting Module is a two session class, each session is eight hours long. The class covers setting up accounts and balancing them both manually and electronically.

Personnel Module is a two session class, the first session is eight hours, and the second is four hours long. It is suggested staff take the Beginning Accounting class first or have some experience using the DEPACT software before taking this class. The class covers adding and editing employee biographical information, generating and validating payrolls.

Advanced Topics is a one session class, one and a half hours long. It is a discusion of how to handle specific situations/issues in DEPACT that are not covered in either the Accounting or Personnel classes. The topics covered are requested beforehand by the DEPACT clients attending the class.
